I built this journal to solve a problem I kept running into on real projects: fragmented notes, scattered information, and no single place where scope, decisions, and punch items live together across the entire AV project lifecycle.
Each AV Project Journal is structured specifically for integrators, in‑house AV teams, and consultants — not generic construction — with sections for: project overview and scope, network and Dante details, device and cable schedules, daily field logs, commissioning and testing, and final handover. It is intended to be a resource to help AV integrators manage project workflows effectively!
